Additional Garden Site and Free Tomatoes!

Two announcements to make: New Space and Free Tomatoes!

1. Work is beginning on a new location at 49th & Farnam. The soil is mostly clay so it's going to be a lot of work, but it's a nice wide open location. Get a hold of Eric Williams if you're interested in a plot at the new site.

2. The Omaha Men's Garden Club plant sale was this past weekend and they would like to donate the unsold tomato plants to community gardens. There are about 1000 plants of different varieties. Plants will need to be picked up at the Extension office at 8015 W Center Road right away as the men's garden club will be taking back any leftover plants on Thursday of this week.
